Darrell L. Brown, a 40-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was shot and killed on March 8, 2023. The incident occurred near the intersection of Vel R. Phillips Avenue and Keefe Avenue. Police responded to reports of gunfire and found Brown suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after emergency responders arrived.
