Pietro Semadeni, a 51-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was killed on March 22, 1990, while driving on Interstate 71 near the Blair overpass. This incident took place when a large rock was deliberately thrown from the overpass onto the road below, crashing through the windshield of Semadeni’s car and striking him fatally. The senseless act resulted in immediate fatal injuries, leading to his untimely death while still at the wheel of his vehicle.
