On the evening of April 17, 2016, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Milwaukee neighborhood, leaving one man dead and a community searching for answers. Terry Giesler, a 46-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally wounded in a double shooting that also injured a 45-year-old woman. The incident occurred at approximately 9:12 p.m. in the 4900 block of North 36th Street.
