In the early morning hours of August 1, 2016, the bodies of 17-year-old Carter Davis and Natalie Henderson were discovered by a delivery driver behind a Publix grocery store in Roswell, Georgia. Both teenagers had been killed by a single gunshot wound to the head. The parents of the teens believed they were at home in bed at the time of their deaths. Carter was about to begin his senior year at River Ridge High School in Woodstock.
