Emmanuel Q. Allen, a 35-year-old Black male, lost his life to gun violence on the evening of May 6, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The fatal shooting occurred around 9:45 p.m. near the area of 76th and Hampton. On a night marked by multiple shootings across the city, Allen was struck by gunfire and rushed to a local hospital.
