In the early morning hours of Sunday, November 20, 2022, Joseph Rodriguez Rios, a 33-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred just before 3:01 a.m. in the 2600 block of South 6th Street, near West Cleveland Avenue, on the city's south side. Milwaukee police officers responded to a call of shots fired and, upon their arrival, discovered Rios suffering from gunshot wounds.
