Anthony Singh, a 19-year-old resident of Vallejo, California, was tragically shot and killed on August 19, 2018, near an apartment complex in Antioch. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:28 a.m., when police responded to reports of a shooting at the 2200 block of San Jose Drive.
