Joseph Garrison, a 35-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2019. The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Peppertree Way, where Garrison was fatally shot. The Antioch Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 11:40 p.m., finding Garrison with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
