Scipio Spears, a 25-year-old resident of Antioch, California, was tragically killed on the night of October 23, 2017. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on the 900 block of West 10th Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Spears with at least one gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
