Cordell Flucas Jr., a 32-year-old resident of Bay Point, California, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2014, in a drive-by shooting in Antioch. The incident occurred around 11:30 a.m. in a parking lot on Somersville Road. Flucas and his brother were returning to their car after a shopping trip when a passenger in a blue car opened fire. Officers found Flucas unconscious with at least one wound to his torso. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
