Kadeem Hodge, a 19-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2017. Hodge was found with gunshot wounds on Empire Mine Road, near Deer Valley Road, in the early hours of the morning. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
