Daveion Cornelious, a 23-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2017. The incident occurred in the Sycamore neighborhood of Antioch, where gunfire erupted on the evening of that fateful day. Authorities responded to the scene in the 2200 block of Peppertree Way shortly after 8 p.m. and discovered Cornelious with a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
