Donovan Heard, a 19-year-old from Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2019, in a shooting incident at Memorial Field Park. On that fateful night, Donovan and an 18-year-old companion were at the park when they were approached by an individual who opened fire on their vehicle.
