Joseph Spencer, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, was tragically shot and killed on May 25, 2016, in Antioch, California. The incident occurred around 10:35 a.m. when Antioch police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Crater Peak Way and Black Diamond Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Spencer with fatal gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
