Jim Doung, a 17-year-old from Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2007. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when Doung was a passenger in a pickup truck traveling north on Hillcrest Avenue between Davison Drive and Larkspur Drive.
