Jamal Tinch, a 19-year-old African American male from Albany, Georgia, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2021. The incident occurred on Davidson Street, where Jamal was shot multiple times in the back. A 16-year-old girl who was with him at the time was also injured, sustaining a gunshot wound to her leg.
