In the late hours of a Saturday night in September, 37-year-old Jibaris Veal of Columbia, South Carolina, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds. The discovery was made around 10:30 p.m. on September 14, 2024, after Richland County deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Koon Store Road following a report of a shooting.
