Russel Rodney F. Rainey, a 54-year-old man from Atlanta, Georgia, was last seen on November 24, 2023, the day after Thanksgiving. He was last spotted on Wilson Mill Road SW in the Adamsville area at around 10 a.m. Rainey, who has autism and diabetes, requires daily medication, making his disappearance particularly concerning. A Mattie’s Call, a statewide alert for missing elderly or disabled individuals, was issued to aid in the search.
