Blake Robert Dingman, a 21-year-old from Thousand Oaks, California, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018, in a mass shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill. This horrific event claimed the lives of 12 individuals, including Blake, who was at the bar with friends.
