Daniel "Dan" Manrique, a 33-year-old Marine Corps veteran, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018, in Thousand Oaks, California. Manrique was one of the victims of the mass shooting at the Borderline Bar & Grill, a popular venue frequented by college students and local residents.
