Justin Allen Meek, a 23-year-old from Thousand Oaks, California, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018, during a mass shooting at the Borderline Bar & Grill. Meek, who had recently graduated from California Lutheran University with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in music, was working as a bouncer at the bar on the night of the incident.
