Telemachus Nicholas "Tel" Orfanos, aged 27, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2018, in Thousand Oaks, California. Orfanos was one of the 12 victims of the mass shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill, a popular country music venue. The shooter, identified as Ian David Long, entered the bar late at night and began firing indiscriminately into the crowd.
