Jamal Phillips, aged 28, was killed on December 14, 2011, in a tragic shooting that took place in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jamal, also known by his nickname "Chicken," was in a burgundy Buick Century parked on Annunciation Street with another individual named Terrance Barber.
