In the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, the discovery of a fire in an abandoned house on Deslonde Street on Monday, February 4, 2013, led to a grim finding. After extinguishing the blaze, firefighters uncovered the burned remains of a man inside the gutted structure. The victim was later identified as 54-year-old Glynn Coston.
