A lifelong resident of New Orleans, Timothy “TeeBo” Demond Sams was a young man of 28 when his life was tragically cut short. On November 22, 2023, he passed away at University Medical Center. His death was the result of gun violence.
Timothy, a male who attended Miller McCoy Academy and the GED program at Delgado Community College, was a father to four children.
At the time of his passing, he was working at Copelands in Harvey and had previously been employed at a Walmart in Spring, Texas. He was survived by his parents, siblings, grandparents, and his four young children.
In connection with the shooting, a suspect was identified and apprehended.
