Death by Force

On the evening of July 10, 2013, Garry Hollins, a 44-year-old man, was found dead in New Orleans, Louisiana. The shooting occurred in the 6th Ward near North Dorgenois and Dumaine streets, an area that had been witnessing persistent violent crime. Hollins was discovered unresponsive, lying on the ground after police were alerted by a report of a man down.
