Tyjon Jones, a 26-year-old male, was killed on June 8, 2026, in New Orleans, Louisiana, after a shooting in the Seabrook area of New Orleans East. The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office later identified him as the person who died, tying his name to a fatal shooting that had first been reported by police as a homicide by gunfire.
