In the heart of New Orleans, a tragic story unfolded on a Saturday night, forever altering the lives of two families. Stefan Raymond, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 14, 2013. The incident, which also claimed the life of 23-year-old Johnathan Sam, was classified by the New Orleans Police Department as a double homicide.
