Howard Pryce, a 45-year-old Jamaican national, went missing on March 9, 2012, under troubling circumstances. Pryce was reportedly part of a group attempting to be smuggled into the United States from the Bahamas. He and two other men—Turkish nationals Huseyin Oskan and Veysi Oral—were involved in a human smuggling operation, paying significant sums for the voyage.
