The decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in Downtown Los Angeles on the afternoon of 1/7/2014. The decedent was initially identified via fingerprints; however, when family members were located they stated that their relative had died in 1988 and it appears that the decedent stole his identity at that time.
