Mark Twain Celestine, a 40-year-old man, was last seen on January 3, 2003, in Los Angeles, California. At the time of his disappearance, Celestine was dealing with significant health issues, including a paralyzed right arm and a limp caused by a stroke. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, beige slacks, and black sneakers. Standing at 5'7" and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Celestine has not been heard from since that day.
