Regina M. Savage, a resident of Valley Cottage, NY, tragically died on November 16, 1995, from a fatal gunshot wound. Regina, who was elderly and suffered from multiple health issues including arthritis, a curved spine, and cancer, was shot in the back while sitting in her wheelchair.
