Faja Perry, a 28-year-old resident of Buffalo, New York, was fatally shot on April 2, 2016, in the city’s East Side neighborhood. The shooting occurred early in the morning on Chester Street, near Woodlawn Avenue. Perry was one of two victims in the incident. While she tragically succumbed to her injuries, another individual was treated for non-fatal wounds and released from the hospital.
