La'Kendra Tillmon, a 31-year-old mother of five, was tragically killed on August 2, 2018, in Buffalo, New York. On that fateful day, La'Kendra was driving down Butler Avenue with her boyfriend, his son, and two of her children in the car. As she drove, two unidentified men exited a vehicle and opened fire on her car. La'Kendra was struck by the gunfire, causing her to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a tree.
