Emily Keiper, a 16-year-old from Niagara Falls, tragically lost her life on August 19, 2022, in Buffalo, NY. Emily was in a car on Elmer Avenue with a 20-year-old male friend when they became the targets of an attempted robbery during a marijuana deal.
