Sandra Costilla, a 28-year-old woman of Trinidadian descent, was found deceased in a wooded area in North Sea, Southampton, on November 21, 1993. Her body was discovered by two hunters, and authorities later determined that she had been strangled to death and left partially clothed. Her remains had been in the woods for several days before being found.
