On a tragic night in September 2019, the life of 21-year-old Chelsea Debidin was cut short in New Windsor, New York. A promising college student who had recently graduated with an Associate's degree and was continuing her studies at Mercy College, she was visiting her boyfriend, Esteban Marreo, at the Knox Village Apartments on Blooming Grove Turnpike. It was there that two men broke into the apartment, forever altering the course of many lives.
