Death by Force

Ramarley Graham, an 18-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, was fatally shot by New York Police Department (NYPD) officer Richard Haste on February 2, 2012. The incident occurred after Graham was spotted by officers from the NYPD's Street Narcotics Enforcement Unit (SNEU) adjusting his waistband, which led them to suspect he was carrying a firearm.
