Thomas DeMarco, a 45-year-old resident of Beekman, NY, was found dead on March 24, 2014, in his home at 132 Gold Road. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office reported that DeMarco died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His body was discovered after a fire had consumed his home. Investigators have not ruled out the possibility that DeMarco set the fire before taking his own life.
