Vienchaleun Kettavong, a 71-year-old resident of Rush, NY, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2014, in a hunting accident. Kettavong was hunting in a heavily wooded area in Rush with his friend KT Kounnavong and Kounnavong's son, P. Kounnavong. During the hunt, P.
