Sheldon Lipford Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2014. The incident occurred late at night when Lipford was shot multiple times in the upper torso while standing in a driveway on Pearl Street. Despite his injuries, Lipford managed to get into his car and attempted to flee the scene. Unfortunately, he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into several parked cars near Monroe High School.
