Raphael Lee, a 32-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on January 7, 2020. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. at the Coach House Apartments, located near Minor Park on East Minor Drive. Upon arrival, Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) officers found Raphael Lee on the ground in front of a residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
