Paul Johnson, age 20, was found dead on July 23, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His body was discovered on the banks of Bayou St. John, and authorities believed that the crime had been committed elsewhere before the body was moved to the location near Robert E. Lee and Wisner Boulevards.
