Andre Santiago, a 29-year-old resident of East Harlem, New York, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2015. The incident occurred early in the morning when police responded to a call of shots fired in front of a building on East 115th Street. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Santiago with a gunshot wound to his head and multiple stab wounds to his torso.
