Jarrel Worrel, a 27-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2015. He was fatally shot in the back in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred around 6 a.m. in the parking lot of the Breukelen Houses, a public housing project located on East 108th Street near Farragut Road in the Canarsie neighborhood of Brooklyn. Authorities reported that Worrel was found with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
