Kizer Williams, a 25-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2021, in a violent incident that has left his family and community in mourning. Williams was shot in the chest and leg around 4:45 p.m. in front of 180 Powell Street, within the Seth Low Houses, a public housing complex in Brownsville.
