Jamaal Moses, a 28-year-old resident of Binghamton, NY, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2016, in what authorities described as a drug deal gone wrong. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in Binghamton's First Ward, specifically near Lake Avenue and Merrill Street.
