On the night of September 30, 2024, 41-year-old Tyrell Joseph Norris was fatally struck by a stray bullet while inside his residence at the Town and Country Apartments on Roberts Street in Binghamton, New York. The incident occurred around 10:15 p.m. during a dispute in the parking lot outside building two of the apartment complex.
