Death by Force

James High, a 33-year-old resident of Binghamton, NY, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2015. He was shot twice in the torso outside the Antler Lodge on Chenango Street around 12:20 AM. High was found lying on the sidewalk and was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
