Lionel Samuel, a 55-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on May 27, 2016. He was found fatally shot in a car that had crashed into a tree on Bronx Boulevard in the Wakefield section of the Bronx. The incident occurred early in the morning, and another man in the car, aged 54, was also shot but survived with a leg injury. Emergency responders rushed both men to Jacobi Hospital, where Lionel Samuel was pronounced dead on arrival.
